Notification on unblocking salary card

Dear Clients,

We would like to remind you that it is possible to unblock your salary card (following the incorrect entering of a pin code for three times), using the Online Chat service in the Bank’s mobile application “KDBUz Mobile”.

In order to unblock the card, please select Service” then  Online Chat tabs in the application and write about your intention to unblock the card.

The bank employee will help you during the business hours.
