Information about changes from April 22 related to info and cyber security and fraud prevention

Dear Clients!
Effective from April 22, 2026, new cybersecurity requirements are being introduced. When registering new users in the Bank’s mobile application, the mobile phone number (SIM card) will be verified to match the user’s PINFL (Personal Identification Number of an Individual).
For existing users of the mobile application, there shall be no change — the access to remain without any additional actions.
At the same time, in order to enhance the level of security, we recommend the clients using the SIM cards registered in their own name.
