ANNOUNCEMENT!
JSC "KDB Bank Uzbekistan" hereby informs its customers that Visa Inc. announced the suspension of participation of all Russian participants in the Visa Payment System on the basis of clauses 1.2.1 and 1.9.1.1 of the Rules of the Visa Payment System for Transactions in the Russian Federation. Acceptance of requests for authorization of Russian participants within the Visa Payment System will be terminated from 00:01 (Moscow time) on March 10, 2022; payment clearing will be terminated on March 10, 2022. March 10, 2022; payment clearing will be terminated on March 10, 2022 (CPD March 10, 2022 is the last clearing period). At the same time, Visa Payment System reserves the right to suspend acceptance of authorization requests and payment clearing before the above terms in accordance with the Rules of the payment system
After this process, all transactions initiated with Visa cards issued in Russia will no longer work outside the country, and any Visa cards issued outside of Russia will no longer work in the Russian Federation.
In Uzbekistan, Visa Inc. continues to operate as usual.
