审计委员会
Providing practical assistance to the Bank’s Supervisory Board in fulfilling its responsibilities related to ensuring the reliability of the Bank’s financial statements and monitoring the effectiveness of the internal control system, as well as assessing and ensuring the effectiveness and independence of internal and external audit functions.
风险管理委员会
Establishing an effective risk management system; approving the organizational structure of the risk management unit and risk management policies; reviewing reports of the risk management unit; periodically reviewing risk management methodologies and stress-testing scenarios; submitting recommendations to the Bank’s Supervisory Board on relevant matters; and performing other functions in accordance with Regulation No. 3254 dated June 30, 2020 (Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan) and the “Risk Management Committee Regulation” approved by the Bank’s Board on July 27, 2023.
合规委员会
The main function of the Compliance Committee is to review the Bank’s activities related to compliance risk management in the following areas: anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT), sanctions compliance, anti-bribery and anti-corruption, prevention and management of conflicts of interest, consumer protection, compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of banking supervisory authorities. The Committee prepares relevant recommendations for the Supervisory Board to ensure appropriate decisions aimed at mitigating compliance risks within the Bank.
