National Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The national flag of Uzbekistan was adopted on November 18, 1991. It represents the country’s independence, historical traditions, and its vision for a bright future. The flag features three main colors:

• Blue – symbolizes the clear sky, peace, and historical greatness (linked to the era of Amir Temur),

• White – stands for purity, justice, honesty, and noble intentions,

• Green – reflects nature, life, growth, and progress.

The State Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The national emblem of Uzbekistan, adopted on July 2, 1992, reflects the country's sovereignty, identity, and rich cultural heritage. It has a circular shape featuring a radiant sun and an open-winged Humo bird at its center — a legendary symbol of freedom, happiness, and aspiration for the future.On the left side are wheat ears, and on the right — cotton branches, symbolizing abundance, labor, and economic growth. At the top is an eight-pointed star, with a crescent and star inside it — representing Uzbekistan’s connection to its Islamic roots. The bottom part bears the inscription “Oʻzbekiston”.
The colors — green, white, blue, and gold — represent nature, purity, peace, and prosperity.

National anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The Law «About the State Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan» was adopted in December 10, 1992 in the eleventh session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
